Odeo Tag

I like Buzz's Odeo "game" concept. I've been playing "tag" with my domain name there as well. I keep waiting for people to tell me to cut it out, but no one's complaining yet.

The question for me is: Buzz - how are you getting away with posting MP3s of other peoples' music to your server? Where do we draw the line between broadcasting and podcasting?
